About |
| Outside of running you can find Amanda working on her leadership skills with her MIAA Student Advisory Committee and umpiring softball. With her participation in the MIAA she gets the chance to attend, help out with various events, and even lead group discussions. Amanda started umpiring because of her love of the game; after playing until she was at the college showcase level at 16. Her favorite part of being an umpire and coaching is working with the young athletes that are just starting out. In school her passion is science, more specifically anatomy and physiology. This leads to her love of training and pushing her body to be the best that it can be. |
