Alton is a 3 season athlete who enjoys running most events ranging from the 400m and up. He qualified for states in the
600m, 1000m and 4x400 (indoor) and 400m hurdles, 800m and 4x400 (outdoor) in his junior year. Alton enjoys friendly but competitive atmospheres and views running as a fun way to attain personal improvement. Additionally, Alton served as an assistant coach for the Hershey Track program this past summer. He continues to deliver solid performances for the Bedford XC team and is looking forward to the coming indoor season. |
